I had a Huawei Y6 that needed unlocking and you guys offered a very competitive price. I placed my order and received the code within the estimated time frame of 12-24hr (~16hr). Everything worked perfectly on the first go, thank you very much and I will keep going to you guys for my phone unlocking needs. Highly recommend! :)
Pro: unlocked successfully Con: price and time.
The code did unlocked my phone, thank you... It's deceiving when you deal with website ends in .ca that makes you think it's Canadian website and they charge the Canadian currency but it's not. I get charged by US dollars. As for the time that's right they advertised that it could take couple of days but still not practical.
Bought a phone from a guy who assured me it was unlocked. Well, it wasn't. After a quick search I came across CanadaGSM who had the best price I could find. In less than 24 hours (around 20 actually) I had the code which worked flawlessly. This is my first time unlocking a phone so I have nothing to compare this to others. They also answered my email inquiry within minutes. No complaints here. Will definitely use their services again (if needed).
Over 24 hours and no code, and no reply to emais sent. Not to impressive.. Ordered a second code. 48 hours later it still has not arrived, and again, no replies to emails. Do not use this company. Its clear they no longer care about their customers.
I thought this was a scam. I got great service even though code was delayed. I must say the customer representative was really helpful and assured me that I would be able to retrieve the code.Such a great service. Will surely be back! Now i am able to enjoy my zte grand x 2.
Took a day to produce a code which didn't work. Over two days after that and no answer to my emails, no answer on their phone or on whatsapp messages either. Unacceptable customer service, even if the code is eventually sorted out.
Ordered unlock code. It's been over 28 hours and NOTHING yet. No reply, No code. Their website says "1-6 hours", and they even confirmed through the chat that it will take just a few hours even on weekends. 28 hours clearly is not "a few hours", nor is it "1-6 hours as they promote on their website. Use their service only if you don't mind waiting forever.
Very good service. From the time when I ordered the code to deliver it to my mail box, it only took less than 6 hours, I am happy with the quick response and the work well done.
Price good. but long process time. Ordered LG G3 code at 2:15pm EDT. After 17 hours, at 7am, I sent an email asking how long it'll take to receive the code. 4 hours later, after 19 hours total, I received the code and it worked perfectly, they also responded to my inquiry saying the code was sent. I would've given them a higher rating if the processing time was faster.
Pro: price. Con: processing time.

Very quick on supplying the code for my Note 4. Cost was a lot less than paying for my old provider to give me the code. Too bad I didn't try the new sim first, though... the phone was a warranty replacement and was already unlocked.
It was a pleasure using CanadaGSM's smartphone unlocking service. They provided an unlock code which worked first try with my Galaxy S4 which was locked to the Rogers network. The unlock code was provided in a very timely manner -- plus the transaction was a breeze! Sending my thanks to the employees of CanadaGSM! ☆☆☆☆☆
They responded quicker than promised and actually had a process in place on their website to unlock the new ZTE Grand X2 unlike their competitors, so that was excellent.
In fact, I had to return that phone and never tried to unlock it so wasted my money, but that was my fault, not CanadaGSM's. As near as I can tell, their service was excellent and I would definitely use again—after ensuring that I actually want to keep the phone I'm unlocking!
